Sacred Sexuality Intro Session
Are you longing to feel more connected to your body, deepen your experience of pleasure, or reclaim a sense of intimacy with yourself or a partner? An Introductory Sacred Sexuality Session offers a safe, nurturing space to explore and heal the layers of your sensuality, intimacy, and erotic energy.
This session is perfect for you if you’re:
Feeling disconnected from your body or struggling to experience pleasure
Experiencing Emotional or physical blocks around intimacy or sexual expression
Feeling A lack of confidence in communicating your desires and boundaries
Healing from past experiences that have created shame, fear, or discomfort around sexuality or
Having curiosity about exploring your sensual or erotic potential in a safe and supportive environment.
What to Expect: Through somatic (body-based) practices, breathwork, guided movement, and gentle exploration, together we create a container for you to:
Release tension or shame held in the body and rediscover the pleasure of feeling fully alive.
Develop greater self-awareness and confidence in your desires, boundaries, and needs.
Learn tools for cultivating intimacy with yourself and others, creating space for deeper connection and joy.
Begin to heal old wounds and reclaim your authentic, sacred relationship with your sexual energy.
This session can also be done via Zoom & is completely tailored to your needs, offering a compassionate and non-judgmental space to explore your unique journey. Whether you're taking the first step toward healing or looking to enhance your relationship with your sexuality, this is the perfect place to begin.
Duration: Online or In-Person: 2-hr Session: 15 min Dropping in and connection chat to focus on one main area to work with | 15 min Grounding + Breathwork | 60 Min Practice | 15 min integration | Perfect for Solo or Couples
HOW TO BOOK
Please start by filling out a brief application & booking a free 30-min consult form. This will give me a chance to connect, discuss your needs and desires, select a date and also answer any questions about sessions. (And don’t worry, all info submitted in your application for the consult is kept 100% confidential).
Once we have a connection call & we feel aligned for the session, I’ll send a welcome email along with details on confirming session.
Payment: Can be done via credit card, and 50% deposit of session fee is required in order to hold booking. In-person Sessions take place in a private studio location near Middletown, NY unless otherwise discussed.
Availability: My availability does tend to book quickly due to demand, so please anticipate that session bookings will happen within 2-3 weeks after our initial consult. Cancellations? Life happens. As long as you can give me 24-48 hours notice before cancelling a session, I’m happy to rebook for a later date. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will not be refunded nor moved unless certain situations require it (medical emergencies etc).

Talk therapy is a powerful tool of transformation & I’m a massive advocate for utilizing talk therapy especially in the beginning stages of personal growth.
